Google API Limited Use Disclosure
MailVault PDF Archive uses Google APIs only to provide the user-facing Gmail PDF archive feature requested by the user.
Allowed use
Google API data is used to let users connect their Gmail account, run Gmail search queries, retrieve selected messages, and generate local PDF archive files. The extension does not use Google API data for unrelated purposes.
Allowed transfer
MailVault PDF Archive is designed so Gmail message contents are processed in the browser extension and saved to the user's device. Gmail message contents are not sent to MailVault servers for storage. Google API data may be transferred only when necessary to provide or improve the extension's single purpose, comply with applicable law, handle security, or complete a permitted business transfer.
No advertising use
MailVault PDF Archive does not use or transfer Google API data for personalized advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, or advertising measurement.
No human reading of Gmail content
MailVault personnel are not intended to read Gmail message contents. If support requires examples, the user must decide what to share with support.
